Unacceptable Business Practice

We received my Son's NSC Results and there's so many disputes and I have also read such terrible reviews about the accuracy of their marking process. So upon Login to have it Remarked they charge R1228 per Subject how is that even allowable.

We already Pay so much for the Education now we must pay again to have them recheck & remark something they are already getting paid to do.
