Terrible Services with no help and only promises unfurfilled

I did my matric in 2014 and rewrote it under Word in Truth College, in 2015. The principle of the school at the time was Mr. George van Diggelen. I had come under numerous occasions to your offices here in Pretoria, regarding how we(my brother and I) had issues with the principle and how it affected our results.

I have been contacting one of SACAI staff members Emily Moloi, since 2016 regarding my certificate(In 2016 I was given a temporary certficate sothat I can apply at Universities). I finally got it in 2017. When fetching my certificate I recognised that there was one subject missing and I was reffered to a lady who said she will fix it. I have been conatcting ever since and it seems like SACAI has no intention of giving me the right certificate. In 2018 I continued contacting Emily Molio and was later contacted by her between September and November. She told me that I had to apply for the combination and pay for it. I did so. I contacted her on the 31st of October, to her know whether all my details are correct in the applications and when possible will I get my certificate.

Right around 16 January I sent her an email wanting to know when I can come and fetch my certificate. Im tired and exhausted of explaining the story over and over. I shouldnt be struggling with getting my certificate at all. Every time I contact them they never contact me back.For a part time student with no assitance from the school in 2015, I paid a lot of money for repeating my matric. I am currently almost finishing my LLB degree, how will I apply for jobs without a matric certificate. The most painful part is that I currently cant apply for jobs as the requirement is to have a matric certificate.

Yesterday I spoke to Elsa N. from Sacai, she promised to sent me an email she hasnt responded to me yet. I then sent her an email on ********** she still hasnt responded to me. I dont know what to do anymore this is so depressing.
