Supplementary Examination's Destination is madness

For starters<br> <br> They're mad!!!<br> I can't understand how they function with clients from around the country.<br> <br> I don't know what happened, but they didn't give me the results I was expecting in 2 of my subjects for the final examination. Next thing I do is pay R1100 (R550 per subject) just to rewrite my exams... which is mad!!! The Department of Education allows you to rewrite examinations free of charge.<br> And when they approve this, they state that there are only two destinations to rewrite the exams. One is in Garsfontein, Pretoria, while the other is located in Bellville, Cape Town. But the situation is, I LIVE IN KWAZULU-NATAL!!! Why should I travel over 700km just to rewrite exams in which they failed me in? Is there a money making scheme involved just to avoid bankruptcy, or are they just so terrible at organising pretty much everything?
