SACAI - Pathetic, Unsympathetic - please spare your child

See mail to SACAI Support Services, this is after Waiting for Matric Results 2019 - nearly 2 months after last paper was written.....

Doubt it that you will respond, but here goes nothing.......

How is it possible that the SACAI portal post say that the matric results are available and we need to contact our NSC Institution for any outstanding results, and yet, we get a cold and unsympathetic email from you saying that the new Statements will be released on Monday, the 13th Jan 2020!!!!!!!!!! Really????????

What statements are your referring to? Are you joking?

You don't even read my mail, how come I must believe what you say with your mail to thinkdigital??????? Trying to call......Can't even get through......no surprise.

For your information, my child has finished his last paper on the 15th NOVEMBER 2019, do you realize that it has been 2 days short of 2 months that these kids had to wait for their matric results? Ah, but why should you care?

I can go as far as threatening you and the so called Institution you are working for, but hey, at least I have some feeling inside of me.

What does support services mean to you????
