SACAI not delivering matric certificates for over years

My son wrote his matric exam in 2018. He had to take a different language via Alpha and the rest with SACAI. Till to date we have not received his matric certificate. The like of Emily Moloi and Karen van der Walt are full of lies and empty promises. They **** and said everything was sent to UMALUSI and when I called UMALUSI and spoke to Zolile Hlabeni he confirmed that nothing was sent for my son.

I have even tried to copy their CEO Keith Maseko on my latest email to them but I guess the "fish rots from the head"!

Please do not use these institutions! Your kids education will be affected. My son has lost academic years and a bursary due to this. He can't even get a temp job as you can't do anything without matric!
