SACAI is the ****test - Lack of Service- Lazy - Useless

It is appalling how the service at SACAI is so nonchalant and without urgency. How useless can one be.

I have been requesting a statement of results for my daughter Kiara Naidoo, for 2022. I have been pushed around from person to person for the past two weeks. All a multitude of emails, with no response or resolve, and calling them is a non event because they don't answer, or they hang up on me. I call daily several times.

Its a wonder why this country is falling to pieces as SACAI cannot deliver on these requests, and I require this for University application. the level of access to education is deteriorating, SACAI is responsible.

Why is this difficult, you just log in to a database, input the candidate ID and share the statement of results.
