Pathetic Service SACAI

I had to reapply for my sons Matric Certificate as when he wrote all his subjects in 2016, after completion he was then informed that he couldn't have consumers and hospitality as they deemed them to be the same subjects and had to write a 8th subject which he did in February 2017.

After receiving his certificate for the 8th subject, we then needed to apply for a joining of his 2 matric certificates.

I paid the fee for the combining of his certificates and as at today 6 November 2020 still waiting for his Matric Certificate, I have been calling and emailing and neither Karen nor Emily respond. In November 2019, I was informed that his certificate would be ready March 2020, still nothing and no communications. Today I was informed that due to COVID they had not received any certificates from Umalusi.

This is totally unacceptable and I would advise anyone if they have a choice not to write there Matric through SACAI or Umalusi.
