pathetic service from Sacai education!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just want to express how disappointed i am with your service! i did a rewrite for my exam and was promised to receive my matric certificate last year December. the updated matric certificate was never sent as promised i had to reach out to you and no response! it’s impossible to reach you as you do not even have a working number! I emailed maybe four times a week and still no feedback! finally when i get the certificate it’s only a statement.now it’s 5 months later and I am still waiting for my updated nsc certificate. I feel i am going to make a case against you for the stress and anxiety you have caused me so far i am not able to apply for work or even go study further as I have no certificate to show. This is pathetic and very low from a company who is in charge of my education. umalusi who must assist Sacai told me that my application for a combined certificate,for which i paid cannot be issued. now again i’m waiting for a response and my life must be on hold due to sacai’s lack of support. if only there was a zero star for such bad service.
