COMPLAIN ABOUT SACAI's BAD SERVICE

Terrible experience. I have since app**** for my daughter's Matric cirtificate sincE 2015. I have been sent from pillar to post. In 2018 October I was asked to apply for a re-issue of the cirtificate and pay over R200.00 for this process. I paid, filled a form sent proof of payment. I was promised by Karen that the cirtificate will sent that same week via a quorrier service. That did not happen. I kept phoning and writing emails. This year early in January their CEO Pieter Russou promised to deal with my matter. He phoned and apologised but to date there is no cirtificate. Now SACAI does not respond to my emails. Please assist
