Atrocious service

Mismanaged, lack of accountability, honesty, integrity, competence. They conducted the Matric exams like a circus, with papers arriving at wrong venues, losing exam scripts of students which now have 0 for that subject… I question their marking as my daughter need well throughout the year but the exam results were shocking and not reflected at all. Something doesn’t add up. Very ********* behaviour by resorting to arrogant letters and spying on parent group chats.
