I would like to specially THANK Ms/Miss/Mrs Dina who works at the South African Civil Aviation Authority- Midrand, Johannesburg, for her impeccable customer service ethics rendered to me. I had a bit of challenge regarding a few new laws & how to navigate the CAA webpage but madam Dina cared to talk me through the process telephonically &didn't mind staying with me on the phone all through till I was happy &satisfied.
