NO FEED BACK

SABS, that is suppose to be the bureau of standards, are definitely not owing up to their name.<br> Since last year I have been trying to make a booking for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System course and till today no help. Who can I contact that will actually give me good service and will actually get back to me at the SABS offices. Someone eventually, at the Cape Town branch, helped me with the booking forms, but when I sent the booking forms to the booking department, that is where it stopped. Do they even want people to attend their courses or what? It is unacceptable that I cannot get hold of anyone to make a simple booking for a course.
