I was very fortunate to attend the “ISO 9 ********** Understanding and Implementation of Quality Management Systems” course, the week of 27 November 2017 and would like to express my sincerely appreciation to both Nompilo Khulu and the SABS for offering such an informative course. To Nompilo Ninela Khulu ; The effort you put into presenting the course in an enjoyable way, your presence and guidance is without a doubt, what made the difference to me. I found you really helpful and I now have an entire new perspective on the QMS. I particularly appreciated the way in which you presented the information to us and the ice breakers in-between were great fun! Thank you for making the course enjoyable, though still ensuring we leave your establishment with newly acquired knowledge, insight and motivation to implement and maintain an outstanding ISO system at our own companies. Your competence, knowledge and passion for training are very apparent and have left me feeling equally inspired. I greatly appreciate and again thank you for the contribution you have made to me as an individual and as a QMS representative.
