Happy customer

I would like to commend the customer interactive basis by SABS. I received exceptional assistance from the help desk through to the Industrial and Petrochemicals department. I unfortunately do not recall the gentleman from the help desk but was able to note the lady that assisted me with my query; Boitumelo Ramontja. The transition times from respective departments was almost immediate and the query was thoroughly explained and supporting documentation was referenced. Thank you to all role players.
