TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT I WILL NEVER WISH ON ANYONE

<p>My mom bought brix at Sabix and our constructor told us to cancel the other brix as the one he used we enough,which we did. We even went to Sabrix to cancel the order so that they can refund my mom and we spoke to Glenda and she said they want my mom's account number which we provided and she told us that after 2 days money will be deposited and bear in mind this was done on the 14th of September. We have called Glenda on ********** and ********** and emailed ********** she has told us we are annoying her and irritating her and she will think about whether she will refund us or not.she was so rude she swear at my mom and even hanged up the phone.she was beyond disrespectful,my mom only want refund and she is very rude</p>
