Breach of contract and refusal to refund deposit

Terrible experience especially from Annalize van Niekerk. After waiting three weeks for her to as much answer a phone when we call....She has promised in writing to finally pay back a deposit. YESTERDAY!!! Only to finally reach her today with her claiming January rent was not paid!! REALLY.. We did not even get a notice for a month that we need to move we got a paper with scratched out dates saying right move. Really Sabreal is this how you run your joke of a company!!! Not impressed at ALL. So just know if you pay these people a cent of a deposit never expect it back and they will break all their own contracts. Their word..(even in writing) ...means a NOTHING!!! I have the proof where they first gave two months notice. Then second email backdating the notice then to be told to vacate the property before the end of the month!!! DISGUSTING USELESS BUNCH!!
