Sabmas is pathetic to say the least

Stay away from Sabmas. They are a bunch of ******. I left the medical aid last year December but still had money left in my savinga pocket. I was told to wait for 4 months and the money would be ssnt to me. Today its the 15th May and still no money sent. I keep getting excuses. Last week tuesday I was told that the payment has been processed and payment will follow shortly as no approvals are needed. 9 business days later still no money. Stay away from Sabams if you desire peace of mind. Today I called to follow up and all of a sudden they can not give me a straight answer on where the hold up is, this was money processed last week tuesday. My next step is to report them at the CMS because this is just abuse.
