SABMAS is a disaster

The migration from discovery to 3sixty has been a nightmare. From our doctors not being able to communicate with the new service provider so I had to pay cash at a doctor I've been using for years only for the medical aid to not reimburse me the full amount. They don't have a list of network doctors so I must go door to door to find out if the doctor charges the scheme rate or not before I use that doctor.
