Ridiculious efforts to find loop holes in Settling an account which was a direct result of an emergency procedure!!

Nov 2018 I was admitted to ER. An MRI revealed that I had a chondrosarcoma cancer in my right femur. An emergency operation was carried out to remove this. NOW 5 months later STILL SABMAS refuses to settle my outstanding anaethetist account, Because WHY was this an emergency, 2nd ly. Why did we not make use of a preferred service provider?! My Dr confirmed that this femur could have fractured causing my LIFE OR LIMB. NO!!! Declined AGAIN!! FfS!! What are you thinking, in those moments of SHOCK staring death in the eye, under heavy sedation, I was suppose to source an negotiate for better tariffs with any other anaethetists??!! 34 emails later!! I am definately not speechless, but would rather stop HERE. SJAME ON YOU!!
