Constantly having issues with unpaid claims, even when I call in to understand feedback is given, escalation process doesn't work. So HOW does one get claims paid! Medical provider secured authorization, I paid the co-payment and procedure was done. Now SABMAS needs to pay the claim and quit playing games. I paid for this coverage. JUST PAY!
