2023 Claim not paid and no one cares

I'm having such a difficult time to get an oncology claim submitted. It's been 2 year and no one knows how to resolve the issue. How can all my claims be processed accordingly but one of the claims which is no different not get paid??what is more frustrating is that no one cares and their consultants have been trained to lie.
