Worst supplier I ever dealt with

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I have to...they deserve 0 stars!

Placed an order for 6 sports jerseys directly with the owner on 28.10.25. Gave him the date the team will be playing their first matches and he confirmed the jerseys will be done on time as it is a month away. On 06.11.25 I receive a mail that they need higher resolution logos, which I sent.

I sent regular emails asking for an update and confirmation on when I can arrange the courier. The owner, Deon, ignores all my mails. On Monday 24.11.25, he finally responds by telling me the jerseys will not be ready. (The first matches is played 28.11.25 and 29.11.25)

A week later and still he is not responding to my emails, I continue to send. The team had to forfeit the first two matches as they did not have their jersey to play and now risk losing their sponsorship, and Deon can not be bothered to respond by telling me if he even started the order yet.

Do not waste your time ordering from them. Find another company if you actually want to receive your order
