Warning: Buy from sable homes at own risk

After many complaints, heartache and frustration I am still sitting with problems that Sable have left me with almost a year later. Bear in mind that the defects are still under Sable's responsibility (under their guarantee). <br> <br> I have tried all avenues from trying to reach out to the MD as well as contacting everyone within the Sable roster to plead for help. I still get nothing. One defect is the damp which is affecting our breathing; this has been stated clearly to Sable to request urgent attention. I get minor assistance (one inspection, few emails) but mostly avoidance. <br> <br> I am tired of going through this debacle; it is mentally and physically exhausting to live in a house that was sold as a dream but in reality was a nightmare. <br> <br> The lack of professionalism, respect and urgency is insurmountable - the defects, for which I notify as early as possible, are left to worsen. It is heartbreaking to watch as problems in your HOME accumulate and worsen and the support you require and deserve is absent. <br> <br> I encourage people to read all the reviews on Sable - in the time I've checked hellopeter, I have not seen one compliment but a steady stream of complaints
