Dissapointing Property Sales Services

I am in the process of purchasing a property through Sable Homes (Heron Banks in the Vaal). I was the first person to sign the offer to purchase when this development was launched later last year. when I signed the offer to purchase I was given an indicative move in date of Dec14, this later changed to March 2015. I app**** for a bond through FNB and it was granted in November 2014. Till this day the following things haven't occurred:<br> 1) I haven't signed the bond (because lawyers says they are waiting for sectional title drawings etc.)<br> 2) I don't know when my property will be built and I will move in<br> <br> What is disappointing is that I have tried to follow-up on this and I do not receive adequate and satisfactory feedback. Lee-Anne does not respond to my e-mails no call me back when I call her office.<br> <br> This situation has made me less excited about buying this property.
