Disappointing Sales Services

I have bought and paid for a property through Sable Homes (Thorn Tree Place, Broadacres) this year. However, I have discovered the following subsequent to this transaction taking place.The sales agent, **********ly signed the contract, using my initials, in several places without my knowledge. This is a very serious case of misconduct. I've been scanning and mailing this to the Philip Potgieter and his \crew"for urgent attention and got NO response from him as I see this as a serious reputational risk.I only received a copy of this contract after I asked the attorneys to provide me with one as the agent did not produce one and had my contact details wrong. What is disappointing is that I have tried to follow-up on this and I do not receive adequate and satisfactory feedback. Lee-Anne does not respond to my e-mails no call me back when I call her office and leaving messages.As it stands"
