Worst experience ever!!
<p>I went to his lady to colour my hair. I wanted "ballayage" (more blond)My hair was already blond. Topdeck, dark underneath and blond on top. I was 30 minutes late, I then asked if it is okay that I still come and she said yes. I have before and after pictures attached , first two pictures is what my hair looked like, bottom part is what it looks like now. Her excuses does not add up! About a year ago I went to a salon to make my hair blond, his first attempt of making it blond and he got it right! She said that she is going to put "ash blond" on my roots, and I could not understand why. As my natural regrowth is ash blond. It came out red. She attemted to bleach my topdeck bottom part hair, which it came out ******. And I could not understand why, because the same hair she tried to bleach, that came out ******, my old hairdresser bleached the same hair and it came out blond!! She "dyed" my roots ash blond, and then she put the bleach over the ash blond down to my ends. That is why it came out yellow. The has absolutely no excuse as to why my hair is red. I paid thousands to maintain my blonde! And also paid alot of money on treatments. In one day, my hair was messed up! Now I have to pay alot of money to fix my hair with someone proffesional that knows what they are doing! I asked for my money back, the whole amount was not paid back to me, money was hold back for her product she used on my hair! RED I DID NOT WANT...I commented a complaint on this business page, where it was then removed and I was blocked from the page. I don't think they realise how much damaged is caused to my hair. Everytime I stepped foot out of my old salon, my hair was soft, blond and healthy. Now after going to this lady my hair is brittle, broken and dry! And RED! She messed up my hair which I paid so much money for, to be able to go blonde! This lady does not know how a bussiness works and is unproffesional, she saw that she messed up my hair and did nothing about.it. I am almost sertant that she is the owner of this salon.</p>
