Online purchases sucks

First they make you pay the full amount and then they take forever to deliver. I am waiting for more than 2 months and then when I cancelled the order they penalise me with more than R5000.00 for admin fees. Even when they put me on the priority list it took 2 weeks to go from no 9 to no 7.
