DON'T USE SABLE ENERGY

Absolutely horrible service! Everyone is very eager to help you until you pay the 50% deposit that they request upfront.

After they received their money, nothing matters anymore. All their promises are out the window. 1. Delivery time (advertised at 1-7 Days), received my unit after 2 weeks, and I had to work for it to. 2. They sent me the Invoice stating that the outstanding amount is payable within 30 day terms. After the 2 weeks when they finally decided to come and deliver my product, they phoned me and said that they will only send the driver if I can guarantee an IMMEDIATE payment when the driver shows up. Normally I would not mind this, but after the invoice stated different terms AND they wanted to be here at 23:30 on a Friday night it was not possible. My bank uses security questions to release immediate payments.

So they just cancelled their trip here, and said they will be here the following Monday.

And they showed up! But unfortunately it was only at 17:00. At that time our loadshedding started. I have no signal from cell towers if the power is off. So I did the payment via Wifi, but the drivers are instructed to stay until the money reflects and then they can leave the product with me. Because of no signal, that took forever.

Finally had the product installed that week. Surprise, Surprise! The product does not work. They will not accept responsibility or answer my calls.

They WILL NOT answer the phone, WhatsApp messages or even emails if they get the slightest idea that there might be a problem.

Drove there with the unit (300km one way). Offloaded the product. I said I do not want the product, doesn't matter if it works or not. I asked that they send me a confirmation e-mail to show that I booked in the product and requested the refund. As I drove out of their warehouse of ****s. They assured me that they'll send it right away.

NOTHING!

They now have MY product and MY money and I still get ignored.

Please do not use these guys, even though they are very convincing and their product looks nice.
