BAD SERVICE

Do not trust these people. They are just full of promises. I purchased a solar system on 24-05-2024. After no delivery and promises that I am next in line every week, I decided to cancel the purchase on 6-11-2024. (six months!!!) They stated that they would refund me. I am still waiting as they want to repay me on their terms which is unacceptable. As consumers we entitled to a full refund if the supplier can insist on a full upfront payment for the product to be delivered.
