Sable Cape Developments unwilling or unable to pay their contractors

I am the book keeper for a small contractor who completed work for Sable Cape Developments' Mountain View Estate in George. The work was completed timeously and to their satisfaction. I submitted an invoice no 221 to them via email on 16 January for payment in 48 hours. To date we have received no response from them except that 'they' are looking into it. All our emails and phone calls to Monique van der Schyff and Ananda go unanswered. My client is therefore unable to pay his workers, pay his diesel account and overheads. This is unacceptable. Please be forewarned if you do any work for them. I have seen similar complaints against them on Google as well...
