Disgusting room, shocking service

The establishment looks ok, R400 per room per night. Service is shocking, the room even though it was occupied the previous night was very dirty, no tissue, towel was hard n dry. Toilet is leaking, shower is leaking n gets blocked had to sit at reception while they tried to fix it. Had to endure the stench of de chemical n open the window n door. The manager is arrogant, doesn't take responsibility n shifts blame to staff who confirmed he knew about this problem a week ago. I'm so appealed by this. Never again
