SABI debit order

Hi Peter,<br> <br> A company by the name of Sabiflash has been debiting my bank account for R99.99 and I only noticed this when the debit order returned mind you the bank charged me R115 for the unpaid debit order. I enquired at the bank and they managed to only recover one debit order that went through in January 2016. The bank managed to give me full details of the account and I phoned them ***) and when I enquired about the unauthorised debit order the lady did not give me a chance to finish she just hung up the phone. When I tried to phone again she just did not pick up again. I mean this is disgusting and the worst part of it is that it has been going on for a while. Please Peter help me out. I want my money back.
