Not trustworthy

Charlie brett niemann and Nadia kotze are not trustworthy people. Taken a deposit on a vehicle he wanted to sell, did not allowed us to have the vehicle tested to confirm the engine is in running condition. Also did not let us know the back window is not standard nor has the vehicle have a battery. With this we cancel the purchase and he is refusing to pay the money back. Been to small claims court and yet he is ignoring this issue.
