Owe SARS

Good day all

I would like your honest advice and opinions... I've been working for a security company base in sandton for 5years, my issue with the company as per payslip they deduct TAX every month from my salary but yet I still owe SARS +-R15000. I've consulted my company it's been now a year without any resolution to the matter. How do I deal with such issues please.
