in an emergency no response

We had someone run over our roof tonite at 8pm. we sounded the oanic buttons, phoned the call centre and kept on sounding the panic buttons. at 8.30 their response vrhicle arrives. and the patrolman in no hurry to secure the premises. this is not the first time. it has happened now twice in one week. this is the last time. they are an excuse for a security company and should be ashamed of themselves. I am a single mother with one daughter at home still and rely heavily on a security company. And changing your name to Duma Tactical - one response vehicle for Benoni!!
