Haram dealership is the kindest words I can use. I understand no car is perfect.....false and misleading condition reports..... False roadworthy........what pushes a dealership to greed levels that makes them comfortable to rob from pensioners. Allah will judge.

Title: Latent Defect and Poor After-Sales Support I purchased a Mini Cooper from this dealership in good faith, but within a short time it developed serious mechanical problems, including turbo failure, ongoing coolant loss and recurring engine-related issues. These faults point to what appears to be a latent defect that existed at the time of sale and was not disclosed. Despite reporting the issues, the dealership has refused to assist, relying solely on the fact that more than six months have passed since the purchase. I have retained repair invoices, reports and correspondence and am obtaining an independent expert assessment to confirm the latent defect. I had hoped the dealership would stand behind the vehicle they sold, but instead I have been left with ongoing repairs and significant costs. I hope the dealership will reconsider its position and work towards a fair resolution.
