No stock, no communication, no refund

The company I work for Mafik trade/Alec's Hypermarket in Ventersdorp ordered and paid for 30 boxes medium eggs, delivery included R 7 500 on Wednesday, 15th of February 2023 into the bank account for Sabelo Egg farms as provided by the Whatsapp number provided to do business for Toplay. They are situated in Kimberly. I followed up on Thursday and was told that Continental movers picked up our stock and received an email when we send all our information, with a tracking reference. Later that day I called to follow-up, they inform me that travel insurance of R 2 800 must be sent via ewallet. After discussions between my boss and them we send the ewallet. Confirmation was sent on Whatsapp. Yesterday we followed up on where our stock is because the link for the movers wasn't updated. I was informed that they loaded 38 boxes to fill the truck and we need to pay at least for 1. After numerous calls to the Whatsapp number and their landlines Yesterday, we still have NO product!
