Defective product sold as 'like new'.

I bought a second hand refurbished safe door from Sabela Safe and keys in September 2019. I was told that when they source the door they fit a new lock and combination, that the door is serviced and re-painted and in a very good condition and will be "Like new" according to Juanita.I specifically requested measurements to ensure the door will fit and confirmation that the door is rust free. I was assured that the door is in a good condition and that they take pride in their workmanship and have been in this business for 25 years and never had any comebacks.I paid for the door before collection and contracted a builder to install the door.When I inspected the door after collection I noticed a lot of rust and l immediately informed Juanita. When the builder installed the door, he discovered that the door is not the size that Sabela safes gave me and when the door was opened for the first time after installation, the hinge broke off. The bottom hinge was rusted through and covered with body putty and painted so that the rust was not visible.The builder immediately informed Sabela safes and request them to send a welder to come and fix the door. NO RESPONSE from Sabela. The builder eventually contracted a welder to weld the hinge back on the door. I had to pay for this in addition to the installation costs which escalated due to the fact that the measurements given to me by Sabela safes were incorrect. The door was not opening and closing properly in the frame.I myself contacted Sabela safes and eventually they sent a Technician to come on site to check the door. The technician suggested that I could use the door as is and if the hinge break again they will fix it!I contacted Sabela safes again requesting them to either replace the door or refund me. Their response is that their Technician noted evidence the door was dropped. I requested the evidence that the Technician has so that I can contact the builder, but have not received any further info from Sabela safes on this.Their last response to me is "have a nice day". This is the worst experience I have ever had with a supplier.
