WHO'S IN CHARGE OF THE SABC3 TV SCHEDULE?

SABC 3 please get your act together with your programming schedules. The programs you advertise and broadcast are nearly never the same. The worst of all is when you play season 1 of a show and then months later broadcast the 3rd season. Not to mention the constant repeats! This is really unacceptable. Especially for actual TV licence payers.
