Violence at family time

I have an objection on SABC2 is broadcasting 7de Laan with so much violence (strangling of person in ICU) dated 31/5/2022 and the shooting and blood dated 28/5/2022. I sent email to the complaints and they wanted full address which I eventually provided but they will not be taking this up. Surely with name email adddress and partial addess (str name, suburb and city) all in SA would be sufficient. Is this type of broadcasting not aggrivate violence in the country?
