TV licence

When one reads "sabc slaps paying tv licence holders in the face"(September 2023) and Godbye tv licence -more south africans stop paying (September 12,2023) why should I who has been paying since the inception of tv in South Africa keeps paying for repeated programs,no showing of sport where South African sportsmen and women are involved etc etc etc and when I email my situation,I am in an old age home and cannot afford the R75.00 because I get a government grant which the home takes in full,I am informed that I must pay get an affidavit from SAPS.
