Strictly Come Dancing Prize

A couple of weeks ago I entered the competition that runs during Strictly Come Dancing. My name was selected as have won a R2,500 shopping voucher. As I'm retired this was pretty good news. My name and the fact that I live in the Free State was displayed on TV during the program. Since then nothing. So do these prizes actually get paid to people or is it just an advertising gimmick? Having heard nothing I tried to find someone to talk to. On the internet I was unable to find an appropriate address to send an email for Voltaren Emulgel, the sponsors of the program and the people who had offered these prizes. So I tried SABC3. The Contact Us page on their website gave no email address, just a phone number (o11 ***) which doesn't answer, the physical address, the postal address, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram. I'm too far for the physical address, and nobody in their right mind uses the post, and I don't do Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, or Instagram. So, I'm trying Hello Peter which has served me well in the past.
