SSDA not responding to their own emails sent

<p>Good morning</p> <p> </p> <p>I have an serious issue with SSDA.</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN handed me over for an incorrect billing account I refused to pay. I told SSDA the history and yet they ignore the emails by not reading them or responding to them. As my emails do not show that they opened and read their emails. Yet they keep on sending threats via sms.</p> <p> </p> <p>My questions is why do they not respond when confronted with request to take the matter up with their client on why a normal cell phone account jumped from R2000 pm to R16000 pm in one month then again the next month R2000 normal again approxiamately. I want answers about the R16000 not MTN or SSDA is answering me. MTN says it is data. Nonsence.
