SSDA Debt Collectors have to be one of the most unprofessional debt collectors there is, you email them to stop phoning you and they carry on, they even, without evidence, constantly harass you for payment on a debt you know nothing about, please, if you have to deal with them, email them insisting on written correspondence only, if they then carry on phoning you after that, make a complaint of harassment, etc, to the Legal Council, who deals with attorneys who don't follow client instructions. This organisation has a bad reputation also of not informing you when you are paid up. If you feel you don't owe anything, insist on proof of original debt from them, in writing, they can't collect from you legally if they don't have that, SSDA try to bully you so don't fall for their nonsense and don't talk to them over the phone.
