SABC TV LICENSE

I am one of those law abiding citizens who paid my TV license diligently each year. This year I decided not to pay because quite frankly I don't watch or listen to anything the SABC dishes up although I'm told the license is for the TV not the SABC. But we know who uses (or abuses) these monies. The only reason they hounded me for payment is because they know of me but what about the majority of South Africans who do not pay this annual license fee? It looks like being a law abiding person actually counts against you!
