SABC TV licence - *********** and *******

I have repeatedly sent the SABC an affadavit informing them that I no longer have a TV. I have repeatedly sent the affadavit every time they send me a TV license renewal notice (bombarded on my email and sms). They do not want to accept it and I am not spending another year explaining myself over and over. Complete incompetence.
