SABC hiding the Truth

<p>I wrote my last email to the SABC on the 9th March 2017, requesting them to answer to me of exactly how much of TV license fees were used for wasteful expenditure as it is my democratic right as we fund them. If you do the math 3 million legal license payers in South Africa and multiply that by R265. It is a lot of our money being wasted. I also asked them how much our our tax payers contribution was wasted. The reply I recieved was that it is law to pay TV license (Typical dictatorial behavior) and you will pay it without accountability! The person at the SABC rep**** that an SABC spokeperson and legal services will contact me and give me my answers. It has been over two months. As I have mentioned this before to the SABC, I have been loyally paying my TV license all this years, but refuse to pay it this year, until you answer my questions. I also reminded you that it is our taxes and TV license that pay you your salaries, hence you are accountable to us. There are a lot of taxes used for wasteful expenditure in this country, I am fighting those that I can control, like TV licenses. So you can continually add interest upon interest to that R265 that I owe you, You will get payment of R265 until I get the truth. You can reply to this or you can evade it, At least 4 million people saw this statement. I hope fellow TV licence payers will see this and follow suite.</p>
