Metro FM competition false promise

I am very upset and disappointed with Metro FM. I won a competition on the 21st of January and I was informed that I would be paid out within 4-6 weeks. It's been 6 weeks and I have inquired numerous times with no feedback. it is very disappointing and I am starting to suspect foul play in all of this. It was was the Nedbank competition that I entered on the Mo- Flavor show
