Ignorance

When we married my wife and I realized that we need only one TV license as we have one TV. I have been requesting the SABC on numerous occasions then, telephonically and mail, to cancel my TV license. They, on the contrary, continue to threaten to hand me over to justice and the next thing I know, I might be handed over to some ITC. Hands in my hair.
