Handed over to unknown company

Greetings my Name is Sihle Dube. I have a issue regarding a matter that have been handed over to SSDA. I was a MTN customer having a contract. When i cancelled my contract with MTN, i was handed over to some company and i have no clue how to get help because i want to make arrangements to pay and settle the amount that they need.
